Snickerdoodles

Ingredients:

2 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp. cream tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs

Topping
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

Directions:

Sift flour, cream of tartar baking soda and salt. Cream margarine - add 1 1/2 cup sugar ad beat well. Add eggs and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well.

Roll rounded tsp of dough into ball and dip into cinnamon mixture.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 F for about 8 minutes
