Peanut Butter & Jelly
Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup
peanut butter, smooth or crunchy 1 tsp vanilla 1 egg 1
1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda Strawberry jelly

Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Cream butter and
sugar with an electric mixer in a medium bowl until light and
fluffy. Add peanut butter, vanilla and egg and mix well.
Combine dry ingredients and add in. Mix well. Roll
dough into 1 inch balls. Place on UNgreased cookie sheet and press
thumb into the center of each cookie to make a dent. Spoon a
teaspoon of strawberry jelly into the indent in each cookie. Bake
for 15 minutes or until set.
