Directions:
Mix honey
and evaporated milk together. Cook, stirring constantly to firm ball
stage or to 255 degrees on a candy thermometer. Stir in vanilla,
butter and salt.
Dip apples into caramel.
Spoon excess from bottom. Place on greased cookie sheet. Chill until
caramel is firm. These are great to give out to the kids you know at
Halloween. Be sure to leave your name, address and phone number
attached to the halloween candy so that parents know where this
tasty treat came from.
