ITALIAN BEEF

1 sm. chuck roast
1 to 2 green peppers, sliced
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 med. can whole tomatoes
1 can water

Combine all ingredients together and  place in a crock pot all day. Serve on buns or hard rolls.
