Ingredients: 4 tbsp Chilli oil Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. Add minced garlic, spring onion and coriander leaves. Fry over a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except cornflour. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer. Add cornflour mixture, stir continuously till the sauce become thick. Add very finely chopped onions. Stir well & serve as required. |
