Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1 tablespoons vanilla sugar Pinch of salt 1/2 cup boiling water 3 cups of 1% fat milk Pinch of salt Nonfat Whipped Cream Directions: In a medium saucepan mix together the cocoa , sugar, and salt. While stirring with a wooden spoon, pour the water over the cocoa. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes dark and velvety. Slowly pour in the milk. cook over medium heat; stirring often until t he mixture comes to a near-boil. Place the hot cocoa in a large bowl and whisk for a minute, until forthy.
