Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup Bee Maid honey
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup coffee, strong brewed
1/2 cup water
2- 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
 
Directions:
 
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs. Mix in sugar, honey, oil, coffee and water until blended. In a separate bowl, combine together dry ingredients. Add to liquid mixture until well blended. Pour batter into greased Bundt cake pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
 
Cool cake on wire rack for 10 minutes then remove from pan. Store in airtight container. Serve with your favorite Tea.
