Processing Method:
Boiling-Water Method
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds pineapple per quart
- sugar
- Water

Directions:
Srub pineapple. Peel, remove "eye" and core. Cut into 1/2
inch slices. Pineapple may also be cut lengthwide into wedges or 1
inch chunks. Make a light syrup. Simmer pineapple in syrup until tender.
Pack hot pineappke into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Remove
air bubbles. Adjust two piece caps. Process pints 15 minutes, quarts
20 minutes, in a boiling water canner.
