Processing Method: Boiling-Water Method

Ingredients:

  • grapes
  • 4 water
  • 1/2 to 1 cups of sugar

Directions:

Wash grapes, drain. Combine 1/2 to 1 cup sugar and 4 cups water. Bring sugar and water to a boil; boil 5 minutes. Put 1/2 cup grapes into hot pint jars or 1 cup grapes into hot quart jars. ladle hot syrup over grapes, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust two-piece caps. Process pints and quarts 15 minutes in a boiling water canner.
