Directionis:
Wash berries, and then drain. Put the berries in a large saucpot.
Add just enough water to prevent sticking. Simmer berries until
hot throughout. Pack hot berries and juice into hot jars, leaving
1/2 inch headspace. If there is enough juice to cover berries and
boiling water, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Remove air bubbles and
adjust the caps. Process pints and quarts for 15 minutes using the
boiling water method.
