Material Needed:
- frames
- red spray painat
- lightweight cardboard for mats
- fabric in a Christmas print for mats
- fusible bond
- photo mounts
Directions:
.Get together those old frames that you are no longer using. Use various shapes and sizes. This will not make a differnce because they will be painted.
Remove the glass and backing from the frames. Spray paint the frames red, using several light coats to cover well.
Using lightweight cardboard, cut mats for each of the frames. Cut fabric and the f usible bond to the size of each of the mats. Following the manufacturer;s directions, use fusible bond to attach the fabric to the cardboard.
using photo mounts, position the photographs on the mats. Place glass, mats, and backing in frames
Easy Craft - Slipcovers for Pillows:
Slipcover with the corners cut from extra material that you used for mats. Measure your pillow and add 1 inch for a seam allowance to each measurements. Cut 2 pieces of facric to these measurements. Sew around fabric except for an opening along one side. Turn the cover, press, slip onto the pillow, and whipstitch together.
