Ingredients
Directions Combine butter, sugar, and spices; beat until light and fluffy. Add ice cream, and stir until well blended. Spoon mixtureinto a 2-quart freeszer-proof container; freeze. Thaw slightly to serve. Place 3 tablespoons buter mixture and 1 ounce of brandy in a large mug; fill with boiling water, stirring well. (any unused butter mixture can be refrozen.) top with whipped cream, and serve with cinnamon stick, if desired. Yield about 12 cups |
