Valentine Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of shortening
3 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of soda
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 tablespoons of milk

Combine shortening and dry ingredients together as for pie crust. Add sugar, milk and vanilla to eggs. Add this mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Roll dough very thin. Cut with heart shaped cookie cutter. Bake 375şF. oven 8-10 minutes. Frost and put a candy heart in the center of cookie.
