Your Valentine's party guests will be sweet on this juicy dessert! Use the Wilton 8'' Decorator Preferred Heart Pan to create this easy-to-make treat for 12.

Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) packages and 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry gelatin
4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
5 cups boiling water
4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
3 cups cold water
12 oz. non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Vegetable oil pan spray
Strawberry glaze
Maraschino cherries, drained
Directions

Mix gelatin together and dissolve in 5 cups boiling water, until clear.
Beat cream cheese; gradually blend in hot gelatin mixture. Blend completely until smooth, then slowly add 3 cups cold water.

Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping.Spray Wilton 8'' Decorator Preferred Heart Pan with vegetable oil pan spray. Pour gelatin/topping mixture into pan.

Refrigerate overnight. To unmold, dip pan in warm water for 10 seconds, then invert onto serving dish. Spread strawberry glaze on center heart. Position cherries. Serves 12.
