Little Chocolate Souffles
Ingredients:
Directions: Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat six 4-oz. souffle dishes or custard cups with nonstick spray; dust with 2 Tbsp sugar. Place on a rimmed baking sheet. Melt chops as package directs. Seperate egg yolks from whites, putting 4 whites in a large bowl and 2 yolks in a small bowl (save remaining 2 yolks for another use.) Beat whites with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in remaining 3 Tbsp sugar until peaks are stiff. Stir chocolate into yolks until well blended; stir in about 1`/2 cup whites. Fold chocolate mixture into remainig white until just blended. Divide among prepared dishes. Bake 16 to 18 minutes until risen and top looks dry. Dust with confectioners' sugar, if desired. Serve immediately |
