Pasta with Tomatoes And Garlic

Ingredients:
 
  • 1/2 lb. rotini or other spiral pasta
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
 
Directions:
 
Cook pasta in boiling salted water 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain well. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients and pepper to taste. Toss well.
