Low Fat Eggnog
 
 
 
A Holiday Favorite.
 
Ingredients
 
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1 cup congnac
  • 1 cup burbon
  • 4 cups evaporated skim milk
  • 8 egg whites
  • Nutmeg

Directions

 
In a large bowl, beat the egg  yuolks with sugar, rum, , cognac, bourbon, and milk until smooth.  Chill. When ready to serve, put the refrigerated rum mixture into a puch bowl.  Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them into the rum mixture.  Sprinkle nutmeg on top.  Makes 1/2 gallon.
