Ingredients
1 lb. crabmeat
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped
celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 small jar pimiento
1
small carton whipping cream
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. garlic
powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbs.
melted margarine
2 tbs. plain Flour
1/2 stick
margarine
Directions
Sauté celery & onions. Make a white sauce of
1/2 stick margarine, 2 tbs. flour & whipping cream. Cook over
low heat until thickened. Add mushrooms & sautéed onion &
celery to sauce. Stir in crabmeat. Add pimiento, garlic
powder, Tabasco, black pepper. Pour into casserole
dish. Mix bread crumbs & 2 tbs. melted margarine. Sprinkle
on top of all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
