Quick and Easy Peach and Berry Cobbler

Filling
  • 3     cups peeled, sliced peaches 
  • 1     cup raspberries 
  • 3/4     cup sugar 
  • 1     teaspoon cornstarch 
Crust
 
  • 1     (7-oz.) pkg. Buttermilk Biscuit Mix 
  • 2     tablespoons sugar 
  • 4     tablespoons melted butter 
  • 3/4     cup milk  

Directions     

1 .    Heat oven to 400° F. In large bowl, combine filling ingredients; mix well. Pour into 12x8-inch baking dish or other shallow 2-quart casserole.
2 .    In large bowl, combine crust ingredients; mix well. Pour and spread batter over fruit.
3 .    Bake at 400° F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool slightly. Serve warm. 8 servings
