Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 t. salt
1 c. milk scalded and cooled
4 c. flour
1 c. margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 T. sugar

Directions:

In a large bowl combine flour, salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine. In a small bowl, combine eggs, milk and yeast: add to flour mixture. Stir until well mixed. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Divide dough in half. Roll out on a floured surface. Combine 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle dough with sugar mixture. Roll like jellyroll and cut into 1 inch pieces. Put on an un-greased cookie sheet. Flatten each roll with the palm of your hand. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Drizzle with a thin icing.
