Chocolate Milk  Shake #1     Ingredients   1 c. cold milk 1 c. vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup   Directions:   Mix together with an electric mixer or in a quart jar. Drink at once.      *****************************************************************  CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE #2 1 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. milk 3 sugar substitutes 1 c. crushed ice 1 c. cottage cheese or plain yogurt Boil cocoa and water together; cool. Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and serve.
