Sesame Chicken Saute

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces (/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons) conrflake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons seasoned dried breadd crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seed
  • dash each salt, onion powder, and garlic powder
  • 1 /4 pounds skinned and boned chicken breats, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetables oil

Directions

On sheet of wax papaer or a paper, plate combine cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, sesame seed, and seasoning.  Dip chicken into butter milk and then into crumb mixtue, turning to coat both sides. and using all of milk and crumb mixture.

In 2 inch skillet heat oil; add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 mintes on each side.
