Champagne-Mushroom Chicken |
Mix together 1/2 cup flour, salt, garlic
|
Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Lightly coat chicken in flour mixture. Heat margarine and il in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and brown 4 minutes on each side. Add champagne and continue to cook ober medium hat ntil chicken is done, about 10 minutes. REmove chicken to platter and keeep warm. Add mushrooms andmilk to skillet. Cook over low heat stirring constantly, until thickened. Return chicken to sauce, spooning sauce over until chicken is warmed through. Garnish if desired. |
