Ingredients:
1/2 pound of spaghetti, cook & set aside
1 stick of margarine 3 onions 1 green pepper 3 stalks of celery 2 cans of mushroom soup 1/2 pound of mushrooms (fresh or canned 1/2 cup of milk Directions:
Sauté margarine, onions, green pepper and celery. Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Grease casserole dish (at least a 9 x 13 inch pan). Crumble 1 package frozen broccoli. Grate 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese. Layer spaghetti, broccoli and cheese. Cover with sauce. Bake at 325ºF. for 1 hour.
