Broccoli Rice Casseroles
 
Broccolli & Rice Casserole #1
Ingredients:

2 package of frozen broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
¼ tsp.  Thyme, marjoram and rosemary
1 small jar Cheez Whiz (regular or hot)
 
Directions:
 
Cook frozen broccoli until tender; drain all water off.  Mix cooked rice and broccoli in 2 quart casserole.  To soup mixture add thyme, marjoram and rosemary; also add Cheez Whiz.  Mix, well; add to rice and broccoli.  Heat in oven until bubbly.

Broccolli & Rice Casserole #2
 
Ingerdients:

1 cup of cooked rice
1/3 cup of butter or margarine, softened
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
1 onion, grated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or chopped broccoli

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 1 hour; serve hot. Serves 6 people
