Ingredients:
8 slices bacon
2 slightly beaten eggs ¾ cup milk ¼ teaspoon salt 8 slices bread Hot Apple syrup Directions:
In skillet cook bacon till crisp. Drain bacon, reserve
drippings. Combine eggs, milk, and alt. Dip bread in mixture;
fry in drippings till brown. Crumble bacon over 4 toast slices; top
with remaining toast. Pass Hot Apple Syrup. Serve 4

In small skillet melt ½ cup apple jelly and 2 tablespoons butter wit
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, stir till smooth.
