  • Dried Prunes
  • Water

(the trick to this puree is to add water consistenly while pureeing.  Prunes tend to get gluey when pureed.  The water them at a consistensy that your infant can tolerate.)

Soak the dried prunes in water until they plump. Put in a food processor and puree.  Add water as necessary to prevent the puree from becoming pasty. The more water you add the easier it will be for the baby to tolerate.
