  • Ripe bananas
  • formula or breast milk
  • water, formula or breast milk (only if you need to thin recipe)
  • plain cereal (only if you need to thicken recipe)

Peel ripe bananas, place banana in a blender and puree or in a bowl with a fork. Heat in microwave for 25 seconds prior to mashing for extra softness.   Add formula/breastmilk or water to thin or add cereal (if desired) to thicken up.
